"Navigation is OKAY, but could be smoother"
The site works fine for the most part, but I did have to click around more than I expected to find a few pages. The menus feel a little crowded, so it’s not always super clear where to go. It’s definitely not bad, just feels like it could be WAY easier to navigate.

"Return was handled way better than I expected"
I was a little frustrated at first because returns can be such a hassle, but this one got sorted out quickly. They handled it without any drama, and I felt relieved by the end. Happy with how it turned out.

I had a question and, they replied fast. The answer was clear and it fixed the issue I was having, so I don’t really see what there would be to complain about. It’s nice dealing with support that doesn’t leave you waiting forever.

I’ve used hbg.org a few times now, and I’ve always found the book selection really solid. There are loads of different genres and authors, so I usually end up spotting something I wasn’t even looking for, if that makes sense. I like that there’s a mix of newer releases and other titles too. It’s easy enough to browse around, i’ve got no complaints

"Good delivery, just a little slow"
I ordered a book from hbg.org and it arrived in good shape, packed well with no damage or anything. The shipping updates were decent, though not exactly quick, and the delivery ended up taking a couple extra days longer than I was hoping. Still, everything was fine in the end, I’m happy overall and would probably order from them again.

"Actually worth reading"
I’ve been enjoying the articles a lot. They’re clear, useful, and don’t feel like a chore to get through. I even caught myself saving one from an email so I could come back to it later, which I don’t usually do.

"Decent site, but the search is a little frustrating"
I hop on Houston Botanic Garden every now and then to look up books or authors. If I already know the exact title, it usually works fine! But when I’m just browsing, it can be kind of hit or miss... the search results feel a little cluttered sometimes, and I wish the filters were easier to spot. It’s not a bad site at all, it just takes more clicking around than it probably should
